1. Enter your publication details
Tell us the publication’s title, type, format, language, date, publisher, contributors and other requested details. You will see a clear summary before you confirm the application.
2. Confirm and pay
When you confirm, the application is added to checkout. You can pay for several completed applications in one order, but each application has its own USD 7 fee.
3. We review the application
After payment, we check the application. If we need more information, we will send a message to your account and notify you by email. You can reply from your account.
4. We issue the SPSN
If the application is approved, we assign the next available SPSN and publish its public page. The approved publication details are then locked. If we cannot approve the application, we may reject it and start the relevant refund process.
