Cancellation before issue
You may cancel a paid application while it is under review. We may also cancel it at your request or when the application cannot continue. No SPSN or public page is created, and we refund the full fee for that application.
Withdrawal after issue
You may withdraw an active SPSN from your account. Before you confirm, we explain exactly what will happen.
The number stays permanently reserved, but its public page shows only the title, number and a withdrawal notice. The other details are hidden, and search engines are told not to index the page.
When we may withdraw an SPSN
We may withdraw an active SPSN to enforce our rules, respond to proven fraud, comply with the law or act on an authorised request. Proven fraud may result in withdrawal without a refund.
Requesting permanent removal
If withdrawal is not enough, you can submit a Request Removal from the SPSN page in your account. Permanent deletion is not automatic. We must consider legal, payment, fraud-prevention and registry-record requirements before deciding.
