Active, withdrawn and cancelled SPSNs

A public page is created only after we approve an application and issue an SPSN.

In this section

Active

The SPSN has been issued and the approved publication details are public. These details are locked while the SPSN is active.

Withdrawn

The SPSN remains permanently reserved and will never be given to another publication. Its page shows only the title, number and a withdrawal notice. The other publication details are hidden, and search engines are told not to index the page.

Cancelled before issue

The application ended before approval, so no SPSN or public page was created. We keep the private application, payment and cancellation history where needed for administration and accounting.

Rejected applications

We could not approve the application, so no SPSN or public page was created. Any refund is recorded against the original paid order.
