Title and format
Enter the title, optional subtitle, type, format and language. Add an edition, series or collection only if it is part of the publication’s details.
Publication date
The year is required. The month and day are optional. If you enter a day, you must also enter the month. You can apply for an upcoming publication when its details are final.
Publisher and contributors
Enter the publisher and anyone who should be credited as an author, illustrator, editor, designer or translator. A publisher is required. If you publish your own work, enter your name or the name of your publishing imprint.
Description, image and other numbers
Write a short, factual description. You may upload a WebP, JPEG or PNG image that is at least 1280 pixels wide and no larger than 2 MB. Add an ISBN, DOI or another number if the same publication already has one.
Link to the publication
If the publication is already online, add a link to its page. This is optional because you can apply before the publication is released. We may privately ask for more information during our review.
