Before approval
Check your application carefully before paying. While we review it, we may send you a question through Messages and notes and allow you to correct the information before we make a decision.
After approval
The approved publication details form a permanent historical record and cannot be edited from your account. Use Messages and notes or Support to tell us about a concern. We will decide whether the page is still accurate or the SPSN should be withdrawn.
Changes that need a new SPSN
A different title, publisher, format, translation or major new edition requires withdrawal and a new application. An unchanged reprint or a small typing correction does not require a new number.
