Who can apply
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service. You must be the publisher or have permission to act for the publisher.
You must also have the rights and permissions needed for the publication, its details and every file you provide.
Applications and review
Your application must be complete, accurate and not misleading. Payment sends it for review but does not guarantee approval. We may ask for more information or evidence, reject or cancel an application, and act against fraud or prohibited content.
Price, payment and refunds
Each application is charged at the price shown before checkout. The launch price is USD 7. Our Refunds for rejected applications and Withdrawal and cancellation policies explain when refunds apply. These policies do not remove any rights that the law gives you.
After an SPSN is issued
Approval assigns a permanent SPSN and publishes the approved publication details. An active page is locked, and we never reuse an issued number.
Withdrawal keeps the number and a short public notice but hides the other details. Cancellation or rejection before approval does not issue a number.
Using the service properly
Do not misuse accounts, payments, Support or registry information. Do not interfere with the service or its security, upload harmful files, pretend to be someone else or collect data in an abusive way.
Do not use an SPSN to suggest government approval, ownership, quality or guaranteed acceptance by another organisation.
What the service provides
The service identifies a publication and provides a public SPSN page.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for publication content, claims made by applicants, acceptance by other organisations or indirect loss caused by relying on information supplied by others. Nothing here removes liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes, UAE law and Support
We may update these terms when the law, our operations or the service changes. We will publish an appropriate notice for important changes. UAE law applies. Please contact Support first so we can review and try to resolve a complaint or dispute.
