Content you do not have the right to publish
Do not submit a publication that is unlawful, breaks another person’s copyright or privacy rights, or contains material you do not have permission to use.
False or misleading applications
Do not pretend to be another creator or publisher, invent publication details, hide important facts, claim that a non-existent work has been published, or use an SPSN to suggest approval or ownership that you do not have.
Misuse of the service
Do not interfere with the registry, upload harmful files, misuse payments, automate applications without permission, or try to obtain or change numbers outside the normal application process.
What we may do
We may question, reject or cancel an application that breaks these rules. Proven fraud may result in rejection without a refund. If fraud is discovered after an SPSN is issued, we may withdraw it without a refund.
